Inventor Cable & Harness Design
Master cable and harness design in electrical systems with hands-on training using Autodesk Inventor software.
Inventor Cable & Harness Design Training Course
Gain expertise in designing physical cables and harnesses for electrical systems with this Autodesk Inventor Cable & Harness Design course by Quadra Solutions. This hands-on course equips students to integrate digital prototypes, calculate accurate path lengths, and ensure seamless fitment of electrical components in mechanical assemblies. Covering essential tools, the training ensures proficiency in avoiding small-radius bends and adhering to best practices for effective cable and harness design. Participants will apply their skills to diverse products and machines.
Through a hands-on, practice-intensive curriculum, in this course students acquire the knowledge needed to design physical cables and harnesses for electrical systems in almost any kind of product or machine. With specific tools to incorporate cable and harness into digital prototypes, the Autodesk Inventor Cable and Harness Design software enables you to calculate accurate path lengths, avoid small-radius bends, and help ensure that electrical components fit into the mechanical assembly before manufacturing.
Before taking this course delegates should have completed the Autodesk Inventor: Introduction to Solid Modelling training course and should have a good working knowledge of the Inventor software.
It is also recommended that delegates have completed Advanced Assembly Modelling and/or Advanced Part Modelling.
