Designed to provide a thorough understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Revit, this course teaches participants to navigate the Revit interface and use fundamental modifying and modelling tools.
The curriculum includes troubleshooting project issues, viewing models in various formats (plans, elevations, sections, 3D), and preparing construction documents. Participants will learn to export files to CAD and DXF, manage schedules, and link/import CAD files and Revit models.
Participants need to ensure the following for a seamless experience:
- Required Software: Access to the Autodesk 2022.0 version to ensure compatibility with the course guide. Note that future updates from Autodesk may introduce changes not reflected in this guide, and included practices and files may not be compatible with earlier versions like 2021.
